The Nova Haven Enrichment Program is a private pay program designed to provide personalized, play-based developmental support for children from birth through adolescence. Every membership includes individualized learning plans, parent coaching, and meaningful developmental experiences designed around your child’s unique goals.

Step 1: Schedule Your FREE Discovery Consultation

Cost: FREE

Every family begins with a complimentary Discovery Consultation.

During this consultation, we will:

• Learn about your child and family’s goals

• Discuss your child’s strengths and areas of concern

• Explain how the Nova Haven Enrichment Program works

• Answer your questions

• Recommend the membership that best fits your child’s needs

There is no obligation to enroll after your consultation.

Step 2: Complete Your Enrollment

New Family Enrollment Fee

$95 (One-Time)

Once you decide to enroll, a one-time New Family Enrollment Fee is required before services begin.

Your enrollment includes:

• Initial child intake

• Developmental profile

• Individualized Learning Plan

• Initial goal development

• Family onboarding

• Standing appointment reservation

• Program preparation before your child’s first visit

This one-time fee allows us to personalize your child’s program and ensure services are tailored specifically to their developmental needs from day one.

Step 3: Choose Your Membership

Foundation Membership

$275 per Month

Perfect for families seeking consistent weekly developmental support.

Includes:

• 4 Individual Enrichment Visits per Month (1 visit each week)

• Individualized Learning Plan

• Personalized Developmental Goals

• Play-Based Learning Activities

• Parent Coaching & Home Strategies

• Monthly Progress Summary

• Home, Library, or Community-Based Visits

• Standing Weekly Appointment Time

Growth Membership

$375 per Month

Designed for children who benefit from additional opportunities to practice and strengthen new skills.

Includes Everything in Foundation, Plus:

• 6 Individual Enrichment Visits per Month

• Two Additional Monthly Visits

• Priority Scheduling for Make-Up Visits

• Extended Parent Support

• Increased opportunities for skill development

Thrive Membership

$475 per Month

Our highest level of ongoing support for children who benefit from more frequent individualized instruction.

Includes Everything in Growth, Plus:

• 8 Individual Enrichment Visits per Month

• Two Additional Monthly Visits

• Weekly Progress Summaries

• Enhanced Individualized Goal Planning

• One Monthly Parent Coaching Session

• Priority Scheduling

Every Membership Includes:

• Individualized developmental programming

• Personalized learning goals

• Play-based, child-led instruction

• Parent coaching and practical home strategies

• Progress monitoring

• Home, library, or community-based visits

• Standing weekly appointment time

• Flexible scheduling within program availability

• No diagnosis required

Who We Serve

The Nova Haven Enrichment Program, offered by Nova Haven Academy, serves children 

from birth through adolescence who may benefit from additional developmental support.

Our program may be a great fit for children who:

• Have developmental delays

• Have communication or language delays

• Need support with social interaction or play skills

• Benefit from assistance with routines and daily living skills

• Are waiting for an evaluation or therapy services

• Have aged out of an early intervention program but would benefit from continued support

• Learn best through individualized, play-based instruction

• Simply need extra support to build confidence and reach developmental milestones

A medical diagnosis is not required to participate.
